At Tapison, we want you to feel confident when ordering. If your rug is not the right fit for your space, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.


Return period

30 days from delivery

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused and in its original condition

  • returned with all original labels attached

  • packed in the original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use or damage may not be accepted.


Return shipping

Arranged by the customer

Customers are responsible for organising and paying for return shipping.
You may choose the carrier of your preference, provided the shipment is properly packaged and traceable.

Tapison does not charge any restocking fees.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply


Items that cannot be returned

Final sale exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • final sale or clearance items

  • items explicitly marked as non-returnable
