Rugs shipped from external warehouses or made-to-order require additional processing time before dispatch.

We want you to feel confident when ordering. If your rug isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The rug must be unused
The rug must be undamaged
The rug must be returned in its original packaging
Return Costs (UK)
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund:
Rugs up to 200 cm wide: £35
Rugs 201–250 cm wide: £75
Rugs 251 cm and above: £150
Once your rug is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
Stock Sale (Outlet) Rugs
Outlet rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 2 years)

Made-to-Measure Rugs
Custom-made rugs are produced specifically to your requested size and specifications.
