We want you to feel confident when ordering. If your rug isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The rug must be unused
The rug must be undamaged
The rug must be returned in its original packaging
Return Costs (UK)
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund:
Rugs up to 200 cm wide: £35
Rugs 201–250 cm wide: £75
Rugs 251 cm and above: £150
Once your rug is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.

Outlet rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
