  • Rugs shipped from external warehouses or made-to-order require additional processing time before dispatch.

Returns – United Kingdom

We want you to feel confident when ordering. If your rug isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:


  • The rug must be unused

  • The rug must be undamaged

  • The rug must be returned in its original packaging

Return Costs (UK)

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund:


  • Rugs up to 200 cm wide: £35

  • Rugs 201–250 cm wide: £75

  • Rugs 251 cm and above: £150

Once your rug is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.

Stock Sale (Outlet) Rugs

Outlet rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 2 years)

  • Standard UK return fees apply

  • No cash refunds are provided on outlet purchases

Custom-made rugs are produced specifically to your requested size and specifications.
