We offer free delivery across the United Kingdom on all rug orders.
Every rug is carefully inspected, securely packaged and shipped with tracking so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
All UK orders are delivered with import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges included in the price. No additional payments will be requested upon delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on stock location and production status. The estimated delivery timeframe is always shown on each product page.
Rugs in stock at our showroom are typically dispatched within 3 working days.
Rugs shipped from external warehouses or produced to order may require additional processing time before dispatch.
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery directly to your door.
Returns – United Kingdom
We want you to feel confident when ordering. If your rug is not quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The rug must be unused
- The rug must be undamaged
- The rug must be returned in its original packaging
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers may arrange their own return shipment to our return address. The customer remains responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the rug is returned safely and securely.
Once your rug is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
Stock Sale (Outlet) Rugs
Outlet rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 2 years)
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
- Cash refunds are not provided on outlet purchases
Made-to-Measure Rugs
Custom-made rugs are produced specifically according to your requested size and specifications.
For this reason:
- Made-to-measure rugs cannot be cancelled
- Made-to-measure rugs cannot be returned
