Priory PR102 Taupe Rug

The Priory PR102 Taupe rug is made for interiors that need warmth without heaviness. Its muted taupe tone sits perfectly between beige and grey, adding depth while remaining calm and easy to live with. The subtle high low pattern introduces texture in a quiet, understated way, visible, but never dominant.

Handmade in India from premium wool, this rug has a dense, even pile with a soft yet grounded feel. It offers everyday comfort while keeping its shape, making it a reliable choice for living spaces that are actually used. The carved detailing creates gentle variation across the surface, giving the rug character without visual noise.

Taupe is one of the most versatile colours in an interior. It pairs naturally with wood, stone, leather and soft fabrics, and works just as well in modern settings as in warmer, more layered spaces. In a living room, it anchors the seating area; in a bedroom, it adds warmth without darkening the room. Available in sizes up to 400 × 500 cm, it also suits larger, open plan interiors.

Wool is naturally resilient and dirt repellent. Light initial shedding is normal and will reduce over time.

The Priory PR102 Taupe is often chosen by clients who want a rug that blends in effortlessly, yet adds a sense of balance and depth to the space.
