Halfway between beige and grey, Rya Soft Beige has the soft greige that goes with almost anything. Long, loose wool strands rise from the base in the Scandinavian rya manner, built for warmth and for lounging near the floor. It is soft and generous underfoot, the kind of rug you end up sitting on instead of the sofa.
In an open plan new build, team it with a sofa in stone linen, pale oak and a few pieces of black metal. In a bedroom it sits well with wool throws and warm white walls. By the bed, 140 x 200 cm is enough. A smaller sitting room takes 170 x 240 cm, and a three seater with armchairs wants the 200 x 300 cm.
This rya comes from India, handwoven in 100% New Zealand wool, and it suits underfloor heating. Small deviations in size and shade are part of anything made by hand. Care is simple: shake it out now and then, or vacuum on a low setting with the brush disengaged. In the first weeks the long pile sheds loose fibres, a normal stage for a new rya. Blot spills, do not rub.

We offer free delivery anywhere in the European Union on all rug orders. Every rug is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Delivery times vary by stock location and are shown on each product page. Rugs in stock at our showroom ship within 3 working days; items coming from external warehouses or production require additional processing time.
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns
You have 30 days to return your rug from our standard collection, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
