Graphic but never loud: broad ivory lines fold and turn across a taupe ground on Torino 063.0990.9243, like wind patterns raked into a dune. Look into the darker bands and they split into sand, mocha and an unexpected blue grey, all mingled in the weave.
That cool undertone means it looks equally right on grey porcelain tiles and on warm oak. Build a living room around linen, stone and smoked glass, slide it under a dining table with wooden chairs in a kitchen extension, or lay it beside the bed where it feels soft under bare feet first thing. For a table of six, 240 x 330 cm gives chairs space to pull back.
Tapison Home picked Torino for its machine woven polyester, an 11 mm pile that recovers well where table legs have pressed into it, keeps true colour and works with underfloor heating. Vacuum it once or twice a week. If anything spills, press a damp cloth onto it and lift, and reposition the rug now and again to spread the wear.
